Real estate financing is our core business. The basis for this is professional real estate valuations. Our specialist department processes valuation mandates from Raiffeisenbanken throughout German-speaking Switzerland and supports them in all matters relating to real estate valuation.

To strengthen our specialist team with a place of work in St. Gallen as well as the possibility of working from home, we are looking for an independent and communicative person as a Real Estate Appraiser (w/m/d), starting immediately or by arrangement.

What awaits you? ##

• Independent preparation and assessment of real estate valuations (from investment properties to special objects) in connection with loan/financing applications
• Competent advice and support for the Raiffeisenbanken and front-line units of Raiffeisen Schweiz in all real estate valuation matters
• Support and collaboration in working groups/projects related to the topic of real estate valuation
• Implementation of quality controls
• Participation as a speaker in internal training sessions

What do you bring with you? ##

• Completed further education in real estate valuation (federal diploma, CAS, MAS or comparable qualification)
• Pronounced knowledge of common valuation methods as well as a secure understanding of the Swiss real estate market
• Several years of professional experience in the valuation of residential, commercial, and special objects, ideally in a financing or banking environment
• Very good user knowledge of real estate valuation systems and digital work tools (e.g., Wüest Dimensions, IAZI, Excel)
• Business administration and construction technology knowledge and experience are an advantage
• Proficient German language skills as well as French and/or Italian are an advantage
