What awaits you

• Responsibility for the strategic and conceptual development of the Cloud and SaaS architecture of ÖKK
• Development and implementation of architecture principles, standards, and best practices for Cloud and SaaS platforms
• Advising and supporting projects during Cloud transformations and the introduction of new technologies
• Architecture review as well as validation of solution designs from the IT architecture perspective
• Responsibility for the integration of Cloud and SaaS solutions into the existing application, data, and security architecture
• Ensuring compliance with security, compliance, and governance requirements in the Cloud
• Evaluation of new Cloud technologies and development of decision bases for the future development of the IT landscape
• Close collaboration with data and integration architects, IT security, project managers, specialized departments, as well as external suppliers

What you bring

• Higher education in computer science (FH/HF/Uni) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience as a Cloud Architect, Infrastructure Architect, or Solution Architect
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure as well as modern Cloud architectures, including Cloud-native, Kubernetes, and Microservices
• Very good understanding of Cloud security, identity and access management, networking, platform services, and hybrid architectures
• Experience in designing architecture guidelines for the provision of Cloud platforms via Infrastructure-as-Code and automation with Terraform
• Understanding of enterprise architecture
• Personality endowed with decisiveness, a focus on implementation, and a sense of responsibility
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical contexts between business, IT, and external partners
