At ello, you combine IT infrastructure, business applications and company support. * You participate in B2B pre-sales: analysis of needs, presentation of solutions and contribution to estimation. * You manage the technical projects entrusted to you and accompany clients from commissioning to support. * You assist the quality manager in the maintenance of business applications and the testing of updates. * You operate our internal IT and ensure its security, availability and user support. * You participate in the level 1 on-call duty for backbone and HFC networks and B2B clients under 24/7 contract: diagnosis, ticket routing and authorized first network troubleshooting. Your profile and personality * You have at least 3 years of experience in administration and operation of infrastructures: Windows/Linux, virtualization, storage and workstations. * You master network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, DNS/DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall), equipment configuration and incident diagnosis. * You know how to secure access and ensure updates, supervision, backups and restoration of services. * You understand business applications and web and messaging services, with basics in SQL and scripting. * Autonomous and methodical, you know how to prioritize, document and escalate. Comfortable with clients, you like explaining technical aspects and wish to get involved in pre-sales and B2B projects. * Cisco CCNA or equivalent skills desired. Knowledge of Cisco/Meraki and M-Files are assets. * You like to learn and expand your skills. Open to new approaches, you share your ideas and propose concrete improvements.
