Our mutations team processes customer data and insurance products efficiently, precisely, and reliably. This is what your everyday life looks like ##

• The core: You support our customers regarding our insurance offering - from Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 18.00.
• Your main activity consists of processing requests in writing as well as by telephone in the areas of mutations and sales.
• Specifically, you process all changes in the customer portfolio, from address mutations to military suspensions.
• You examine complex cases carefully, document them thoroughly, and contribute your professional assessment in a goal-oriented manner.
• Our customers are your top priority: You ensure that our customer service is carried out on time and that our customer satisfaction remains high.

What you bring with you ##

• You have completed basic commercial training and bring several years of experience in customer service. In doing so, you have a strong sense for the concerns of our customers.
• If you have completed the VBV certification, bring insurance knowledge, or have already worked in a customer service center, this is a great advantage.
• You think in networks, recognize connections, and maintain an overview even in complex cases. To do this, you research carefully and include previous processes as well as relevant information in your assessment.
• You are characterized by a positive mindset, think critically and solution-oriented, and remain resilient even in demanding situations.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and express yourself appropriately for the recipient, both in writing and orally. In doing so, you always hit the right tone.
