Your tasks

• Processing of complex personal injury claims in the field of mandatory accident insurance according to UVG as well as supplementary insurance according to VVG (obtaining expert opinions, causality assessment, etc.) and in the area of daily sickness benefit insurance
• Deciding on benefit claims and the provision of insurance benefits
• Legal assessment of coverage and recourse issues, writing correspondence including legal hearing and decrees in German and French
• Technical support for the French-speaking personal insurance clerks
• Contacts with insured persons, doctors, lawyers, authorities, and other service providers in German and French
• Close cooperation including deputy duties with the specialist responsible for personal insurance as well as the Head of Claims

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training EFZ, Federal Diploma of Social Insurance Specialist is an advantage
• Sound professional experience in the field of accident and/or daily sickness benefit insurance
• Proactive and dynamic personality with quick comprehension and networked thinking skills
• High service readiness and customer orientation
• Communication skills and social competence
• Very good oral and written expression in German and in French
