Job Description Within the Cyber Security department, you will report directly to the Cyber Security Operations Manager. You will play a key role in protecting the company's information systems and data. In this context, your activities are to: * Manage the lifecycle of security incidents (detection, response and recovery). * Ensure the governance of the Security Operations Center (SOC) tools, processes and procedures. * Define, deploy and improve detection rules and security alerts. * Supervise and support level 1 and 2 SOC activities carried out by our service provider. * Identify the root causes of incidents and manage corrective actions. * Participate in a level 3 SOC on-call service and ensure the handling of critical escalations. Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Specialization * Ensure the analysis and management of level 3 DLP incidents. * Deploy, maintain and optimize DLP rules, procedures, playbooks, runbooks and use cases. * Collaborate with security engineering teams for the integration and improvement of DLP controls. * Automate detection, investigation and response processes. * Coordinate escalations and management of major incidents related to data leaks. * Contribute to data protection and Insider Risk Management projects. Appreciated additional experience * Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR). * Artificial Intelligence applied to security operations. Qualifications * More than 6 years of experience in security incident management and critical incident response. * Mastery of SIEM, XDR and DLP solutions, with an ability to define detection rules and alerts. * Proven experience in threat detection, investigation and continuous improvement of SOC capabilities. * Solid knowledge of cybersecurity incident response procedures. * Experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), including major incident management and collaboration with relevant stakeholders. * Knowledge in security operations automation and/or secure use of artificial intelligence. * Excellent communication skills in French and English in an international environment.
