What you accomplish:

• You take responsibility for your own client portfolio and build long-term relationships of trust
• You advise our clients holistically - personally, competently and with heart - according to our advisory philosophy "well advised, the Schwyz way"
• With your sensitivity to the individual needs of our clients, you recommend suitable banking products and develop tailor-made solutions
• For optimal support, you make targeted use of our internal experts and thus create perceptible added value

This is how you succeed:

• You have several years of professional experience in banking and/or additional training in business management (e.g. HFBF or HFW) or in financial consulting / financial planning
• You already have experience in client advisory - especially in the areas of financing and investments - and know how to recognize and respond to individual needs
• With your service orientation and your engaging presence, you inspire our clients
• Great personal initiative and entrepreneurial commitment motivate you - you think, act and bring ideas
• You are an empathetic personality who engages passionately with the team, takes on responsibility and actively lives our promise of performance
• Your communication strength and your ability to persuade help you to convince clients and to develop the best solutions together
