To ensure electricity in Switzerland

To strengthen our Accounting team, we are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and implementation-oriented person who combines operational accounting, process management, and digitalization. In this newly created role, you will continuously analyze and develop our accounting processes. In collaboration with our Accounting team and IT, you will design efficient, standardized, and sustainable processes in the SAP S/4HANA environment, thereby contributing significantly to the digital evolution of our accounting.

Your tasks include:

• Identification of potentials for standardization, digitalization, and automation of accounting processes as well as the implementation of corresponding optimization measures in collaboration with the Accounting team and IT
• Direction and support of projects for the development of accounting processes as well as for the introduction of new system functions and digital solutions
• Professional interface function between Accounting, IT, and other departments to ensure optimal implementation of professional requirements in the systems
• Support of the Accounting team in daily operations in order to gain valuable knowledge for the continuous optimization of processes
• Documentation of processes, development of standards, as well as promotion of knowledge transfer within the team

• Completed training in finance and accounting or studies in business administration with a specialization in accounting or finance, or in management information systems (FH/University)
• Several years of practical experience in accounting with in-depth knowledge of main and subsidiary ledgers as well as closing processes
• Experience in the analysis, optimization, and digitalization of accounting processes as well as in the participation in or direction of corresponding projects
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA as well as excellent Excel skills. You learn new tools and system logics quickly and independently
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach as well as great autonomy and a strong implementation spirit
• Very good knowledge of German, spoken and written; knowledge of French and English is an asset
