Your tasks consist of- Creating calculations

• Independent creation and sending of offers and order confirmations
• Processing orders transmitted via interface
• Invoicing of orders
• Creating credit notes
• Internal order clarifications with involved departments
• Advising and supporting sales investigators (specialist retail and system partners) and processors
• Ongoing coordination of pending orders with Avor/PPS and suppliers
• Receipt and clarification of return shipments and complaints
• Master data maintenance of existing products in proAlpha

You are- technically savvy and enjoy interacting with people

• German-speaking and business fluent in the French language, advantageously in spoken and written
• communicative, team player, reliable, resilient, and flexible

You have- a commercial training with affinity for technology or vice versa

• Experience in sales indoor service or customer service
• Product knowledge in the area of locks, fittings, and access systems (advantageous)
• an independent and exact way of working
• an excellent sales flair
