• Plan, control and coordinate procurement projects in the field of integrated air defense across different specialist departments
• Lead sub-projects in large-scale projects and create project planning and control documents, including outcome, schedule, effort and resource, risk, cost and quality plans
• Identify dependencies critical for the project and create solution variants and scenarios in close cooperation with the specialists and the project manager
• Create reporting for the project management

What makes you unique

• University / University of Applied Sciences degree
• Proven several years of experience in the planning execution of successfully managed projects. Knowledge of agile methods is not a prerequisite
• Very good user knowledge of MS products, competence in planning methods in project management
• Strengths in translating complex contexts into a level-appropriate presentation of the facts. Talent for visualization and enjoyment of the didactic preparation of data
• Enjoy working with different stakeholders and enjoyment of finding solutions together
• You have oral and written knowledge of an official language and have a B2 level in English

You are co-responsible for the planning and implementation of Integrated Air Defense projects and thus make an important contribution to the defense of Switzerland.
