Your mission In the context of the upcoming implementation of a large expansion project in the field of hydraulic energy in Valais, a new << Construction >> sector will be created. Your mission will consist of developing the necessary resources and skills, including the implementation of project management processes. You will ensure the technical direction and personnel management of the << Construction >> team and will be actively involved in the organization of the project. You will be responsible for the targeted and long-term development of the << Construction >> sector. Your profile * University education (EPF or FH) in a technical field (civil engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering) or equivalent training * More than 10 years of experience in project management related to the realization of large interdisciplinary projects in the field of infrastructure (large projects focused on industry and energy) * More than 5 years of experience in management positions * Extensive commercial and legal experience and knowledge in contract management during the realization phase * Organizational, planning and coordination skills; good writing skills * Ability to manage stress * Ability to lead, develop and motivate a team; participatory management style * Interpersonal skills, sense of diplomacy and negotiation * German or French native language with very good knowledge of the other language (min.
