Project Manager

You will lead the transformation of our inventory and asset management landscape towards a central resource inventory platform for mission critical assets. In doing so, you will shape the target image, connect business, IT and suppliers, and ensure a successful introduction of the solution. You will take responsibility for the overall project and create the foundation for a future-proof management of our physical assets.

• Lead the transformation to the central resource inventory platform
• Steer project teams as well as external implementation and consulting partners
• Analyze existing asset, inventory and data landscapes and define the target image
• Ensure data migration, data quality and governance
• Successfully manage project scope, budget, resources, risks and stakeholders

Your skills

• University degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in business informatics, business administration, engineering or comparable training
• Project management certification (e.g. IPMA B/C) is an advantage
• Several years of experience in leading complex transformation and migration projects
• Sound experience in stakeholder management and in working with suppliers
• Strong analytical, conceptual and communicative skills
• Assertiveness combined with high social competence
• Independent, structured and implementation-oriented way of working
