Our priority is to ensure your long-term success, whether you are looking for a permanent position with a client or as a consultant within our team. ### Job Description In the context of a strategic information system modernization project within a Vaud public organization, we are looking for an experienced Business Project Manager M/F. You will participate in a transformation program aimed at modernizing an information system dedicated to the processing, analysis and dissemination of data. The project includes notably the deployment of a new statistical analysis solution, the migration of existing processes, the evolution of data collection and storage capabilities as well as the modernization of digital dissemination tools. You will exercise a central role as an interface between business teams, IT teams and project governance bodies. Your Mission In close collaboration with the IT Project Manager, you will take charge of steering the project on its business aspect, with particular attention paid to the migration of existing processes to the new platform. As such, your main responsibilities will be to: * lead the project in compliance with defined processes, methodological standards and objectives * organize, plan and coordinate the various phases of the project * build, mobilize and support the business teams participating in the project * ensure coordination and alignment between business teams and IT teams * collect, structure and prioritize user needs according to their business value and complexity * contribute to the definition of needs, specifications, tests and solution acceptance processes * steer reporting to Management and governance bodies * contribute to the project's budget monitoring and commitment management * coordinate relations with the concerned suppliers * guarantee compliance with defined methodological standards, directives and strategy * participate in the acceptance of solutions and the feedback experience. Migration Steering Migration constitutes a major component of the mission. You will notably be responsible for: * designing and operationalizing the migration process * establishing priorities and planning the various migrations * preparing and coordinating the mobilized business teams * steering several teams and several migrations in parallel * guaranteeing the availability of necessary resources in order to respect the schedule * maintaining close coordination with IT steering throughout the process. Change Management You will also actively participate in supporting the change induced by the transformation of the information system. You will notably contribute: * to the development and implementation of the communication plan * to the preparation and coordination of training actions * to supporting teams in the evolution of their tools and practices * to the change management actions necessary for the adoption of the new solutions. ### Profile Sought You must imperatively have: * a university degree at Master's level or equivalent * at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager * an excellent command of French, both oral and written * a good command of technical English. A certification in project management as well as additional training in team management constitute assets. Sought Skills To succeed in this function, you notably possess the following qualities: * solid project management skills * ability to collaborate with complementary teams and profiles * solution orientation and ability to propose pragmatic approaches * aptitude to structure and implement a communication plan * excellent synthesis capability * leadership and ability to mobilize teams * ease in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of project management methodologies such as HERMES constitutes an advantage in the context of the mission. Particularly Appreciated Experiences The following will notably be valued: * experience with an organization specializing in quantitative analysis or composed mostly of expert profiles * experience within a statistical office * complementary experience as a Business Analyst * experience in conducting projects in the public sector * experience in projects led in highly constrained contexts in terms of budget, organization or human resources.
