To strengthen our team in Saint-Gall, we are looking for a project developer immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks ##

• Participation in development projects until the building permit is obtained
• Definition of the strategic direction of projects, preparation and implementation of needs, feasibility and profitability analyses, clarification of framework conditions, legal and administrative issues
• Support for competitions and presentation before the jury
• Management of architects, planners and external contractors, interlocutor and negotiator for investors, clients, authorities and other third parties
• Collaboration with our global project management team, marketing, cost calculation and realization

Your profile ##

• Several years of professional experience in the development or support of real estate projects
• Mastery of issues in land-use planning, construction and contract law
• Understanding of economic and commercial processes
• Analytical, conceptual and entrepreneurial way of working
• Autonomy and responsibility, strong willpower and communication, confidence in negotiation and professionalism in appearance
