What you can contribute

• Receive reports of malfunctions, questions, and requests for modification formulated by our clientele
• Collect, analyze, and classify client requests from the ticketing system
• Resolve malfunctions by telephone and remotely, and provide assistance to users of the digital services of the federal administration
• Forward malfunction reports to the competent second-level services and coordinate their processing
• Participate in the development and deployment of new assistance services

What makes you unique

• Solid IT knowledge and experience in first or second-level support; knowledge of ITSM tools BMC Remedy and BMC Helix
• Excellent sense of service and good understanding of client needs
• Motivation, commitment, autonomy, and team spirit
• Social skills, communication skills, flexibility, and stress resistance
• Very good knowledge of two official languages and, ideally, knowledge of the third
