Project Manager Building Services Sanitary / Heating (FR)

You have several years of experience in building services, know the Swiss market, and want to lead projects independently – from planning to handover. For an established planning company in the Wohlen AG region, we are looking for an experienced specialist as a Project Manager Building Services with a focus on sanitary and/or heating.

Your tasks

• Independent management and support of building services projects in the area of sanitary and/or heating
• Accompanying projects from planning to realization, including specialist construction management
• Coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners, and executing companies
• Participation in project, coordination, and construction meetings
• Technical and organizational project processing with responsibility for quality, deadlines, and professional execution
• Creation and processing of tenders with AAA EDV
• Project processing and planning with NOVA
• Coordination and support of internal planning

What you bring with you

• Sound training in the field of building services, sanitary, or heating; further training as a Techniker/in HF is a plus
• Several years of professional experience in the Swiss building services environment
• Experience in project management and/or specialist construction management
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and SIA specifications
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good MS Office skills; knowledge of NOVA and AAA EDV is an advantage
• Confident and professional appearance towards customers and project partners
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Driver's license category B
