To expand our team, we are looking for a Team Leader Management, per immediately or by arrangement, who will lead small teams at the Basel & Laufen locations.

Your tasks

• Leadership and support of two small management teams in Basel and Laufen
• Responsible for an own portfolio of rental properties and contact person for specific owner concerns
• Preparation of new mandates according to operational specifications or support of the property manager in setting up new mandates
• Support in the acquisition and preparation of offers for new mandates
• Coordination and verification of accounting closures and budget planning
• Handling of conciliation proceedings and legal disputes (if necessary) with the support of external specialists

Profile

• Several years of experience in the management of rental properties and commercial properties (federal diploma as Property Manager is an advantage)
• Dynamic personality who can move in a complex environment (leadership experience is an advantage)
• Service-oriented, independent, and structured way of working
• Very good communication skills and competent appearance
• Good IT knowledge (MS Office programs, GaraioREM is an advantage)
