As Project Manager Real Estate Accounting (m/f/d), you will take on an exciting function at the interface between real estate accounting, ownership, and property managements. Project Manager Real Estate Accounting (m/f/d) from or after agreement Winterthur/Opfikon, 60-100% What you will do: * You coordinate and organize the accounting processes during mandate additions and departures * You participate in exchanges with owners, property managements, as well as internal persons and occasionally conduct these appointments independently. * You are an important interface between internal and external contact persons. * You control and post balance sheet takeovers. * You manage client accounts and prepare accounting closures for new clients until they transition to the operative department * You maintain the overarching accounting master data * You are responsible for accounting projects and train the corresponding departments.
