The area of responsibility includes the conception, maintenance and optimization of complex system environments as well as technical support within the framework of customer assignments. Your task ##

• Analysis and rectification of technical faults in the customer environment
• Support and further development of existing IT infrastructures
• Support during system migrations as well as complex IT projects
• Testing and introduction of new software and system solutions
• Carrying out first- and second-level support activities

Your profile ##

• Several years of experience in system engineering and IT infrastructure environments required
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft server environments and virtualization technologies necessary
• Competencies in 1st- and 2nd-level support an advantage
• Customer-oriented appearance and enjoyment of direct communication
• Practical experience with cloud services such as AzureAD or Intune desirable
