We are looking for a Responsible Digital Consultant / Referent At Meanquest, we wish to go further in our commitment to Responsible Digital: evolving our own practices, being exemplary in our profession and putting this expertise at the service of our clients. Under the supervision of the CSR Manager, you will embody the Responsible Digital face of Meanquest. Your role will be simultaneously transversal, operational and development-oriented: evolving our approach internally, contributing to the creation of a new business line and accompanying our clients in the concrete transformation of their digital aspects, up to Responsible Digital certification. The position is based in Ecublens. Missions: Your activity will revolve around three complementary dimensions: 1. Evolving Responsible Digital at Meanquest You contribute to making Meanquest a concrete example of Responsible Digital in the IT sector: * Define, deploy and evolve the Responsible Digital strategy * Identify opportunities for improvement and implement concrete actions * Lead these actions with the different professions * Integrate Responsible Digital into our projects, processes, purchases and technological decisions * Define indicators and lead progress through data * Raise awareness among female and male collaborators and evolve practices * Ensure technological, regulatory and methodological monitoring 2. Building and developing the new Responsible Digital business line You participate directly in the construction and development of this new activity: * Define and evolve our positioning and our offers * Develop methodologies, tools and deliverables * Transform our expertise into concrete solutions for our clients * Participate in client and prospect meetings and pre-sales phases * Contribute to commercial proposals and offers 3. Accompanying and implementing Responsible Digital at our clients You put your expertise at the service of our clients, from diagnosis to implementation: * In collaboration with the technical teams, carry out maturity and impact diagnostics * Identify levers for improvement, define Responsible Digital strategies and roadmaps * Advise and accompany clients in the evolution of their practices until obtaining the Responsible Digital label Profile sought: We are looking for a person who combines digital expertise, a marked interest in the issues of digital responsibility, consulting capacity and the ability to unite and communicate. * Training in computer science (BF/HES/EPF), management information systems (BF/HES/HEU) or data science (BF/HES/HEU/EPF) * Good knowledge of Responsible Digital / Corporate Digital Responsibility * Experience in Responsible Digital, CSR or digital transformation * Extensive knowledge of information systems * Skills in data management and ethics and in business intelligence (Power BI or similar) * Understanding of issues related to artificial intelligence systems * Business modeling skills * Ability to communicate with clients and prospects * Will to continuously develop skills in the field of Responsible Digital * Written and oral mastery of French We are looking for a curious, committed and pragmatic person, a true driver of Responsible Digital..., both at Meanquest and at our clients, comfortable in an environment where not everything is yet defined and who appreciates building, experimenting, measuring and improving.
