Senior Fiduciary Clerk for Mandate Support 80-100%

Our client, schärli bättig partner ag, is a small, fine, and dedicated consulting company in the center of the city of Luzern. Their customer focus lies on medical practices and regional SMEs. In the field of fiduciary activity, we are looking for an independent, communicative, and implementation-strong specialist to responsibly support customers as a sparring partner in mandate processing.

Your tasks

• Holistic support of customers in the areas of accounting, finance, payroll, and taxes
• Active supportive consulting in the area of business administration and entrepreneurship
• Co-responsibility for annual financial statements with reporting
• Active collaboration on projects, processes, digitalization, and AI activities
• Exchange with mandate leaders, partners, colleagues

Your profile

• Basic professional training with further training at the level of fiduciary, accounting, social insurance with federal diploma (eidg. FA) or equivalent
• Several years of experience in the fiduciary sector with customer responsibility
• Enjoyment of direct and existing customer contact
• Open to further development in one's own specialist area
• German: Stylistically confident (C2)
