Your tasks

In this versatile role, you advise and support clients from asylum social assistance (asylum seekers) and regular social assistance in challenging life situations. Together with them, you develop individual solutions, strengthen existing resources, and promote their social and professional integration. In doing so, you work closely with authorities and specialist agencies. Additionally, you assess the entitlement to social assistance, claim social insurance benefits, and arrange economic support. If required, you also participate in assessments in child and adult protection.

Your competencies

You have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification. Ideally, you bring professional experience in asylum or regular social assistance or are motivated to familiarize yourself with this versatile field of expertise. You work independently, responsibly, and efficiently, and maintain an overview even in challenging situations. Furthermore, you convince through your social competence, resilience, and a solution-oriented way of working.
