Architect ETH/FH as Project Manager in Project Development, 80-100 %

For the Project Development department, we are looking for a new team member immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You view construction for the Stadt Zürich as an opportunity to promote and sustainably develop public architectural culture.
• Using strategic planning and feasibility studies, you develop viable and promising foundations for future construction tasks.
• You organize fair and transparent designer selection and competition processes to find the best possible projects and partners.
• You are responsible for client-side project management of smaller public construction tasks in the planning and execution phases.

Profile ##

• Experience and competence in the field of project development
• Sound architectural judgment and competence in finding constructive solutions for complex issues
• High service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working, experience with BIM is an advantage
• Persuasiveness, initiative, teamwork skills, and strong communication skills
