As the national umbrella organization for the Social Economy, SENS represents and promotes impact-oriented companies in Switzerland. Together with them, we create reach and attention, networking across industries and with the European environment.

As a Swiss representative, we are part of the European Social Enterprise Monitor as well as the Buy Social Procurement Program. In Switzerland, we organize the annual Swiss Social Economy Forum, lead the Impact Catalyst financing ecosystem, and are an official People and Planet first verification partner.

About the Impact Catalyst

The Impact Catalyst builds a financing ecosystem for impact-oriented start-ups and connects relevant actors from the innovation, funding, and investor environment. The program creates the structural foundations so that entrepreneurial solutions for social challenges are sustainably financed. To this end, we continuously develop the network and support offerings for companies and investors at the interface of non- and for-profit.

Your tasks

You will take over the leadership and operational implementation of the project. This includes in particular:

• Overall responsibility for the planning, management, and implementation of the Impact Catalyst
• Scouting and selection of start-ups with our program partners
• Further development of the capacity-building offering for the start-ups
• Maintenance and expansion of Investor Relations
• Planning and coordination of the annual Impact Catalyst Night
• Leading the strategic further development of the overall program
• Regular exchange and relationship management with the funding side and other relevant partners
• Conception and construction of a sustainable financing basis for the long-term stabilization of the program

What you bring with you

We are looking for a personality with organizational talent, initiative, and a good sense for stakeholder management. Ideally, you bring:

• Experience in project management or in the establishment of initiatives or ecosystemic structures
• Knowledge of the start-up, innovation, and impact ecosystem
• Experience in dealing with different stakeholder groups, especially start-ups, investors, funding partners, and network partners
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
• Joy in further developing structures while simultaneously implementing them operationally
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Independent, reliable, pragmatic, and structured way of working
