Your area of responsibility

• Planning, controlling, and coordinating several parallel IT projects according to the roadmap
• Setting up new projects: defining scope, milestones, resources, and dependencies
• Consistent follow-up with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and quality
• Early recognition of risks and conflicts; proactive countermeasures before escalations arise
• Leading project teams without disciplinary responsibility as well as managing external partners
• Transparent reporting to IT management (status, risks, need for decisions)

What you bring

• Completed studies in the field of business, business informatics, computer science, or comparable (e.g., FH, HF)
• Several years of experience in leading IT projects (ERP/CRM implementations, rollouts and hypercare phases, etc.)
• Strong AI affinity: practical experience with AI tools, basic understanding of AI agents, LLMs and the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Solid IT understanding: system landscapes, interfaces (REST APIs), data migration
• Confident handling of classic and agile project methods
• Very good German and good English skills
• Persistent in follow-ups, diplomatic in communication
• Forward-looking thinking: You recognize problems before they arise
