In order to complete our team, we are looking for a: IT Collaborator - Service desk at 100% YOUR FUTURE MISSION * Ensure the reception and support of users (calls, tickets, requests), advise them and guarantee a quality relationship * Qualify, prioritize and process incidents and requests while ensuring full follow-up * Participate in the coordination of support activities, the monitoring of workloads and the reporting of performance indicators * Contribute to the monitoring of projects related to support * Update documentation * Pay particular attention to the processing and escalation of IT security events * The Service Desk role includes alternating between telephone support and remote incident resolution activities and at client sites.
