As a Personnel Consultant Regional Job Placement, you are the key to the successful integration of persons of various origins into the labor market. With your expertise, you analyze labor market attractiveness, conduct counseling interviews, and develop reintegration strategies for job-seeking persons.

Your tasks

• Analysis of the labor market attractiveness of clients as well as the labor market situation for the job search area
• Conducting impact-oriented counseling interviews with the goal of leading clients quickly and permanently (back) into the labor market
• Development of solution-oriented, transparent, and binding reintegration strategies, continuous review and adjustment in follow-up interviews
• Targeted use of labor market measures
• Reflection and optimization of counseling activities within the framework of the public job placement strategy as well as legal requirements

Your profile

• You have a completed vocational apprenticeship EFZ and bring at least five years of qualified professional experience in counseling
• An efficient way of working, organizational talent, and the ability to set priorities correctly characterize you
• You are willing to complete the course for HR specialists in specialization direction B and to acquire the federal diploma if you do not already have a federal diploma for HR specialists or for social insurance specialists
• Very good oral and written German skills, oral French skills are an advantage
• Very good IT user skills
