Do you bring experience in the BVG area and want to take the next professional step as a team leader? With us, you can contribute your expertise, lead a team, and jointly develop the administration of corporate pension funds. You will take on responsibility, actively participate in shaping processes, and make decisions. Whether you already have initial leadership experience or want to take the next step into a leadership function with sound BVG experience, you have come to the right place.

After a structured and individually tailored induction, you will take on the following tasks in a key position with direct influence on the further development of our organization and services:

Tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership (approx. 7 FTE’s)
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Independent operational management of mandates in pension fund administration
• Maintenance of high quality standards (IKS according to ISAE certification)
• Contact point for complex technical questions for internal and external interlocutors
• Participation in projects for the further development of the department (onboarding of new customers and process optimization)

Requirements

• You bring sound BVG experience, especially in the administration of corporate pension funds
• You have specifically pursued further training in the field of occupational benefits
• Experience with Swiss Pension and Abacus is a strong advantage
• You are authentic, communicate clearly, and succeed with the necessary tact
• You take responsibility, act reliably, and find pragmatic solutions
• You communicate confidently in German, knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
