As a Claims Specialist Claims Center (m/f/d), you will strengthen the Claims division in the Motor Vehicle Claims area at Zurich Schweiz and make an important contribution to our shared success. In this role, you will process motor vehicle claims from initial recording to final settlement and ensure that processes run efficiently and in a customer-oriented manner. You will work in a dynamic environment in the Claims Center St. Gallen & Help Points Ost, which promotes cooperation and customer orientation and offers you the opportunity to continuously develop your skills. Through your commitment, you help ensure that our customers are supported quickly and competently in claim cases.

What awaits you

• You process motor vehicle claims from initial recording to final settlement and ensure that processes run efficiently and in a customer-oriented manner.
• You communicate actively with customers, workshops, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of claim cases.
• You analyze claim reports, check coverage, and make decisions regarding further processing with a view to the best possible solution for all parties involved.
• You support the optimization of processes and contribute suggestions to increase the efficiency and quality of claims handling.
• You work closely with your team to solve complex cases and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

What distinguishes you

• You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification, ideally with experience in claims handling or in the insurance industry.
• You possess strong customer orientation and strong communication skills and act professionally and solution-oriented even in challenging situations.
• You work independently and in a structured manner and possess high problem-solving competence.
• You have team spirit and actively contribute to the cooperation and success of your team.
• You have good IT skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
