Your tasks ##

• You lead your team in a goal-oriented manner, develop employees further, and ensure a high quality of services.
• You are responsible for the establishment and operation of a lean Project & Quality Management with portfolio overview, methods, templates, and reporting.
• You independently take on project management roles and work operationally in strategic and cross-departmental projects.
• You control project planning, progress, dependencies, risks, and resources, and ensure transparency at all levels.
• You establish pragmatic delivery and collaboration models and promote a balanced combination of agile and classical methods. - You are responsible for quality management and further develop standards, reviews, test coordination, and continuous improvement measures.
• You work closely with the CIO Office in demand and portfolio management and ensure clear responsibilities between steering and implementation.
• You empower project managers and teams in methodology, governance, and tooling, and ensure transparent status and risk reporting.

Your profile ##

• You have a university degree or comparable training and further education.
• You bring several years of experience in project or program management as well as in the establishment and operation of Project & Quality Management.
• You have successfully steered and implemented complex projects and cross-departmental endeavors.
• You have sound knowledge of quality and test management and move confidently in agile, classical, and hybrid project environments.
• You bring leadership experience and know how to empower and develop employees and teams.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and with a high sense of quality.
• You convince through strong communication and moderation skills as well as a professional and partnership-oriented appearance.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and are enthusiastic about new technologies and modern working methods.
