Your area of responsibility

• Reporting & Closings: Active participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings as well as the preparation of external financial reporting according to public accounting standards (IPSAS / IFRS).
• Financial Controlling & Treasury: Responsibility for global cash management, financial risk management, as well as liquidity and budget planning.
• Analyses & Special Topics: Preparation of internal/external financial analyses, KPI reports, and ad hoc evaluations. Support for specific financial topics in infrastructure and large-scale projects.
• Taxation & Compliance: Contact person for VAT and tax questions as well as participation in business digitalization projects.
• Interface Function: Internal and external representation of the finance department for technical inquiries.

Qualifications

Your profile

• Education: Higher business administration education or professional certificate in finance and accounting (e.g., on the way to becoming a certified expert in accounting & controlling).
• Professional experience: Several years of practical experience in the general ledger, financial reporting, and closing preparation.
• Specialist knowledge: Good knowledge of public or international accounting standards (IPSAS / IFRS), sound know-how in Swiss VAT law, and experience in treasury is an advantage.
• IT skills: Proven experience with SAP (module FI/CO) and very good Excel.
• Languages: Business fluent German as well as good English skills in speaking and writing.
• Personality: Analytical, exact, and independent way of working with a high service orientation.
