Project Manager Construction (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, an established and successful company in the construction industry, we are looking for a committed and solution-oriented personality as Project Manager Construction. In this role, you will be responsible for construction projects holistically and ensure that quality, deadlines, and costs remain in balance at all times.

Tasks

• You take over the management of construction projects - from planning and tendering to handover and beyond
• You coordinate all project participants such as the client, planners, contractors, and authorities
• You keep an eye on deadlines and costs and manage risks as well as changes during the course of the project
• You ensure that all quality standards as well as safety regulations are complied with
• You lead meetings, document results, and report transparently on the project progress
• You prepare tenders, check offers, and accompany awarding processes
• You plan and monitor schedules as well as resources in close coordination with the construction management
• You actively contribute to the optimization of processes and further development (e.g., digitalization/BIM)

Profile

• Completed training in the construction industry (e.g., civil engineer, architect, technician HF, or construction manager)
• Several years of experience in project management in the field (structural engineering/civil engineering/engineering construction)
• Good knowledge of construction processes, standards, as well as handling tenders and construction administration
• Experience in schedule and cost management as well as in contract and supplementary work management
• Confident handling of digital tools
• You communicate clearly, work in a structured manner, and enjoy taking responsibility
• Very good German skills; other languages are a plus
