Our dedicated management team in Basel is looking for energetic support as of January 1, 2027 or by arrangement – and perhaps you are exactly the right person for it!

Your area of responsibility

Together with our real estate managers, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly. Diverse tasks await you that offer variety and responsibility:

• Caring for exciting properties: Together with the real estate manager, you will take care of the smooth administration and maintenance of an exciting portfolio in day-to-day business
• Viewings and handovers: You organize and support property viewings, acceptances and handovers
• Maintaining relationships: As a communicative contact person, you stand by tenants, owners, caretakers and suppliers – by telephone, in writing and in person.
• Advertisements and lease agreements: You design advertisements, post them and draw up contracts as well as contract amendments.
• Managing invoices: You check, account and post invoices

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training
• Ideally already initial professional experience in the real estate industry
• Fit in MS-Office, knowledge of Garaio REM is an advantage
• Proficient German, French and English are a big plus
• Driver's license Cat. B
• An independent and exact way of working
• Your friendly, solution-oriented manner makes you the ideal contact person
