Technical Controller Your contribution with us * You take over the technical controlling and project controlling of our construction projects * You create and maintain work calculations and support the project teams with economic issues * You perform target-actual comparisons and analyze cost developments as well as project key figures * You create monthly reports, evaluations, and decision-making bases for the project management * You develop variance analyses and post-calculations and derive optimization potential * You support subcontractor and supplier awards as well as budget planning * You analyze and verify calculation key figures and contribute to the economic steering of the projects * You participate in the further development and optimization of existing processes What matters to us * Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical training * Several years of professional experience in technical controlling, project controlling, or in a comparable function in the construction industry * Very good user knowledge in RIB iTWO as well as practical experience in work calculation and project control are mandatory * Confident handling of calculation and billing programs as well as strong commercial understanding * Analytical mindset as well as a structured, independent, and responsible way of working * High commitment, teamwork, and reliability * Very good communication skills and a professional appearance * Willingness to travel within Switzerland Our added value for you You can expect versatile construction projects, exciting challenges, and a working environment in which you can take on responsibility and specifically contribute your expertise.
