What you can contribute

• Ensure the deputy leadership of the Head of the Law Division
• Lead the Legal Service Domain in terms of personnel, organization, and specific tasks
• Lead the legislative projects and political affairs for which fedpol is responsible
• Advise the Management and superiors on legal issues relevant to the office's field of activity, particularly in contract law, procurement, and data protection law
• Represent the office in litigation before authorities (FDPIC) and federal courts

What makes you unique

• University degree in law, preferably completed bar exam with several years of experience in relevant legal fields
• Experience in leadership and administration
• Deep knowledge of contract law, procurement, and data protection law
• Extensive knowledge of legislation
• Ability to handle a very high workload, great flexibility, strong sense of communication and negotiation
• Very good oral and written knowledge of at least two official languages and English, passive knowledge of a third official language
