The Reporting & Services staff is looking for a personality as a Specialist Reporting & Data Management 80% as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

As a technically convincing personality, you are responsible for the performance and financial data collection as well as the reporting of the SRK-Verbund. You create transparency, develop decision-making bases for committees and stakeholders, and promote cooperation within the SRK-Verbund.

What you can achieve

• Responsibility for the collection, quality assurance and continuous further development of the performance and financial data of the Red Cross Cantonal Associations as well as the rescue organizations
• Responsibility for the reporting of the SRK-Verbund, incl. creation and further development of reportings, analyses and decision-making bases for various committees
• Responsibility for the support of the processes surrounding financial aid as well as performance controlling
• Responsibility for the risk management report of the SRK-Verbund, incl. communication with the member organizations, completion of the report as well as the motion to the Committee of the Cantonal Associations and the Red Cross Council
• Maintenance and expansion of an effective network within the Swiss Red Cross and with external partners, ensuring knowledge transfer as well as introduction and new financial managers of the member organizations

What you bring with you

• Higher education in business administration, finance, controlling, business informatics, data management or comparable field as well as professional experience in a similar function, ideally in a complex association or non-profit environment
• High IT and data affinity as well as strong analytical skills; you prepare complex relationships and data in an understandable way and derive sound recommendations for action from them
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working with a high quality standard
• Networked thinking, strong communication and advisory competence as well as enjoyment in working with different stakeholders
• Very good German or French skills (level C1/C2) as well as good knowledge of the respective other language in spoken and written form
