How you will spend your time: * Support of our main market Switzerland with a focus on French-speaking Switzerland for all product lines and services * Support of subsidiaries or OEM customers as required * Responsible for the complete sales process from quote processing to receipt of payment * Information regarding the product and service range as well as stock levels and delivery times * Coordinating customer orders with our internal departments * Keeping an overview of ongoing quotes and orders * Supporting field sales employees and project managers

What you bring with you: * A basic technical training as an electrical installer or from the electrical industry with additional commercial training (business school or technical salesperson) or a basic commercial training with an affinity for technology * Initial professional experience in inside sales, preferably in the electrical or IT environment is an advantage * Ideally SAP experience as well as good MS Office skills * Proficient German language skills * Very good French language skills (mandatory for customer support in French-speaking Switzerland) * Good English skills and preferably Italian skills * You are a dynamic, responsible and proactive personality who can set priorities correctly even in hectic times and acts in a customer-oriented manner
