Which exciting tasks may you take on with us?

• Test fits & layout studies: You develop test fits and layout studies yourself. They are tailored to the needs of our customers and follow the latest findings on sustainable learning and working environments.
• Design & conception: You develop color, material, and detail concepts, design carpentry solutions, and plan lighting, acoustics, and furnishing.
• Project management: You lead demanding projects together with an interdisciplinary team of interior architecture, consulting, and construction management. You keep an eye on costs and deadlines, are the contact person for our customers, and personally participate in concept and planning.
• Construction cost management: You create cost estimates and cost quotations according to BKP in the respective SIA phases.
• Acquisition & presentations: You participate in acquisition, prepare offers, and present our concepts to customers.
• Quality assurance: You check plans and concepts within the team and ensure that our quality standards are met in every project.
• Coaching in the team: You provide professional guidance to younger team members, pass on your knowledge, and support them in their development.
• Documentation: You design customer-specific documentation in our CI/CD throughout all project phases.

You are just right for us if...

• You have completed training or a degree in interior architecture, architecture, or a related field.
• You bring at least 5, ideally 7 years of professional experience in interior architecture and have already developed office concepts from the idea to implementation.
• You enjoy working in a team, taking responsibility, and at the same time rolling up your sleeves yourself.
• You know the SIA phases from your own practice, from the study to the execution.
• You have a confident command of Vectorworks (2D) and work well with the Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• You are already engaging with the subject area of "New Work."
• You approach tasks independently, helpfully, and with a hands-on mentality.
• You grasp complex contexts quickly and proactively develop solutions.
• You do your job with joy and a high standard of quality.
• You speak fluent German and English and express yourself flawlessly in writing. French and/or Italian are a plus.
