To provide temporary support from January to August 2027 for our Group Finance Team, we are looking for an experienced finance professional who provides valuable decision-making bases for the management and central stakeholders of the Bucherer Group.

Your role with us

• Support of the monthly closing process as well as creation of management reports and performance analyses
• Participation in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning at group level
• Advising executives through sound financial analyses, recommendations for action, and decision-making bases
• Responsibility for marketing controlling including budget planning, expenditure monitoring, ROI analyses, and campaign evaluations
• Management of investment controlling with a focus on business cases, investment analyses, and success controls
• Further development and automation of reporting and planning processes as well as support for strategic projects and ad-hoc analyses

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in the field of controlling, accounting, finance or a comparable further education in finance
• Several years of experience in FP&A, controlling, finance business partnering, or corporate finance
• Experience in the retail, luxury goods, or consumer goods environment is an advantage
• Sound understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting as well as marketing and investment controlling
• Very good knowledge of Excel as well as experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or comparable reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written
