This is the contribution you can make * be responsible for the strategy, profitability and sustainable development of the assigned real estate portfolio and align real estate use in the long term * participate in the real estate strategy of the civil federal administration, define strategic requirements for projects and develop sustainable and demand-oriented solution variants * plan and manage project credits for the respective portfolio, assess credit applications, ensure financing and initialize strategic projects and the maintenance program * advise departments and offices on strategic issues in German and French, assess their needs, conduct negotiations and develop decision-making bases for the responsible bodies * communicate decisions of the BBL and ensure their consistent implementation and represent the interests of the BBL towards internal and external partners at a strategic level
What makes you unique * university degree or comparable higher education, preferably in real estate management, architecture, construction, business administration or a related field * several years of experience in strategic real estate, portfolio or project management as well as proven experience in the management of complex projects and in cooperation with different stakeholders * strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, high business competence and the ability to grasp complex connections quickly and develop sustainable solutions * negotiation-ready and convincing appearance, high advisory competence as well as the ability to bring different interests together and represent decisions confidently even in demanding situations * very good knowledge of two official languages; knowledge of a third is an advantage
