As a Professional Consultant Healthcare, you are a key person in our consulting team and act in the following areas of responsibility:

• Sub-project management in digitalization and IT transformation projects in healthcare
• Operational consulting for customers (hospitals, clinics, nursing institutions, etc.) along the entire value chain
• Requirements analysis, process design, and conception of IT solutions (ERP, interfaces, system integration)
• Accompanying and managing the introduction of standard software, especially in the ERP environment (e.g., Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Ensuring technical and functional quality, including test management, change, and operational handover
• Interface function between the specialist side, IT/architecture, development, and operations
• Continuous further development of our consulting portfolio and participation in internal innovations

Professional qualifications:

• Completed studies or further education at the level of a higher technical college or university in business administration, business informatics, medical informatics, health management, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in healthcare, ideally in project management, sub-project management, or consulting with a focus on organizational, IT, or digitalization projects
• Sound understanding of the processes and workflows in healthcare institutions, especially in administrative and business areas
• Experience in the analysis, optimization, and digitalization of business processes as well as in the conception and introduction of ERP systems or modular IT solutions
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions

• Willingness to travel (assignments throughout Switzerland)
