Work location: Baar Workload: 100% Your tasks: You act as the strategic interface between Business and IT for Switzerland and Austria and build trusting relationships with executives and specialist departments. You analyze new technology needs, structure requirements, and identify concrete application possibilities for generative AI, CRM, and digital process improvements. In doing so, you accompany prioritization, governance, change management, and implementation together with international IT teams and external partners. Your profile: You have a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, management, or a related field and bring at least five years of experience in IT Business Partnering, business analysis, or technology consulting. Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders, strong skills in requirement and demand management, knowledge of commercial business processes and CRM platforms, as well as interest in generative AI are expected. Very good communication and moderation skills as well as experience in international teams are required. Industry knowledge in pharma, biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare are an advantage.
