Finance Clerk (60 - 80 %)

To complement our team, we are looking for an engaged, solution-oriented personality as a Finance Clerk (60 - 80 %) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Independent management of the financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting of the city of Sempach and ARA Sempach-Neuenkirch
• Collaboration on budget/financial planning, annual financial statements and audit, as well as independent management of debt collection, reminders and debt enforcement, as well as analyses, master data maintenance and invoicing of fees
• Management of the operational payroll accounting
• Second-level support for IT concerns of employees (applications, setting up notebooks)
• Practical trainer and supervision of apprentices
• Information at the counter, telephone and via email

Profile

• Completed training in the commercial field, professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a public administration (HRM2)
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Discretion and assertiveness
• Good communication skills and negotiation skills
• Digital affinity - experience in second-level support for IT applications as well as sound user knowledge for Microsoft 365, Abacus, Innosolv, CMI
• Teamwork skills and resilience
• Enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation and with external partners
