What you can contribute

• Ensure the planning and organization of training internships and professional development courses for the ICT Warrior Academy (including material, premises, other resources)
• Plan, execute, and evaluate the selection process for training internship participants
• Independently develop organizational concepts, internships, and training programs, and continuously improve them with the team
• Prepare and facilitate planning workshops, then translate the results obtained into concrete measures for internships and training
• Ensure resource management and the smooth running of courses, including on the online learning system (Learning Management System); coordinate and support course managers and participants
• Develop and facilitate training on methodology, organization, work techniques, and workshop moderation, and support the ICT Warrior team within the framework of agile working methods and innovation

What makes you unique

• Federal diploma in corporate organization or a university degree (university/EPF/HES), ideally in business management, management information systems, or occupational psychology
• Solid knowledge and experience in corporate organization, project management, theory of structures and processes, as well as organizational optimization
• Experience in recruitment, workshop facilitation, and the development of training internship concepts
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working; excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills
• Good active knowledge in a second official language

Within the ICT Warrior Academy, you play a central role in ensuring effective synergy between people, training, and organization. You ensure that demanding initial and continuous training is not only planned and implemented professionally, but also continuously developed and adapted to the needs of the ICT and cybersecurity world.
To do this, you collaborate with very diverse people: from course instructors and trainers to participants, as well as executives and other stakeholders. Thanks to your organizational skills, your initiative, and your interpersonal skills, you create the necessary conditions for successful training and the professional and personal development of learners.
In this way, you actively contribute to training the next generation of cybersecurity specialists and play an essential role in ensuring that the ICT Warrior Academy continues to guarantee modern, practice-oriented, and effective training in the future.
