Job Description

Under the direct responsibility of the Manager Purchasing Excellence and within the Purchasing Excellence team, your main mission will be to provide support to buyers in the management of calls for tender, price management, and supplier follow-up.

In this context, your main responsibilities will be to :

• Support buyers in the preparation of the consultation file for new components: technical data and drawings, logistics data, various analyses including the consolidation of short-term / long-term needs
• Manage calls for tender: sending to selected suppliers taking into account the decisions of the Make Or Buy process and the purchasing strategy
• Daily follow-up of the calls for tender portfolio, consolidate supplier responses and prepare, via a decision-making tool, the output data for the supplier choice
• Update supplier data and prices in the ERP
• Control data consistency: price, lot size, etc., with monitoring of price discrepancies between ERP and supplier confirmation as well as management of invoice discrepancies
• Prepare analyses and reporting for buyers and internal clients, support buyers in the preparation of panel reviews and annual budgets
• Prepare and consolidate analytical data for strategic meetings by component family
• Ensure support to the finance department for the management of invoice discrepancies and the calculation of cost prices.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Finance or Supply Chain, you have proven experience in a similar role in an industrial environment
• You master ERP tools as well as purchasing and call for tender processes
• You have excellent mastery of Excel and Power BI to analyze, consolidate and add value to data
• You are comfortable in the preparation of reports, dashboards and professional presentations
• Possessing excellent communication skills, you collaborate effectively with internal and external interlocutors
• Organized and rigorous, you manage multiple priorities simultaneously while respecting deadlines
• Proactive and a source of proposals, you anticipate needs, take initiatives and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes
• You possess strong project management skills and ensure structured follow-up of activities
