Our client, Alltax AG, is an established Swiss fiduciary company that competently accompanies its customers in all financial and business management matters. With a comprehensive range of services in the areas of fiduciary, taxes, auditing and business consulting, the company supports a wide variety of customer groups in the successful management and further development of their businesses. To ensure personal and expert support for the mandates and to continuously develop the fiduciary services, we are looking for an independent, service-oriented personality as Mandate Manager Fiduciary.

Your area of responsibility

• You independently manage financial and payroll accounting and are responsible for VAT
• You prepare interim and annual financial statements for companies in a wide variety of industries
• You advise customers on diverse issues regarding accounting, payroll administration, social insurance and taxes
• You are a sparring partner for entrepreneurs and create real added value for their decisions
• You coach the clerks assigned to your mandates
• You work directly with the partners responsible for the mandates and benefit from their know-how
• You actively contribute to the further development of digital processes

Your profile

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fiduciary or Finance and Accounting or a comparable qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Business Administration)
• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
• Enjoyment of digital working methods and interest in modern solutions
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• High customer and service orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are an advantage
