IT TECHNICIAN / OPERATOR (M/F)

Data Consulting SA is an IT company based in Lausanne with about thirty employees. We help municipalities in the redesign of their information system (ERP). As a software publisher and service provider, we are able to support clients with innovative and digital solutions.

Our objective is to offer a complete service on IT services for our clients.

We are looking for a contact person for client support / hotline for our team based in Lausanne with the function of:

IT TECHNICIAN / OPERATOR (M/F)

In collaboration with the teams, he/she ensures the quality of technical/IT service to the satisfaction of external and internal clients.

Mission

• Hotline and level 1-2 incident management;
• Ensure proactive administration of workstations, servers and network equipment;
• Management and implementation of projects for the introduction of new services or technologies;
• Occasional travel to clients;

Scope and knowledge

• Very good knowledge of PC configuration, Windows OS and Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online;
• Good knowledge of Windows systems and networks (ADS, GPO, DHCP, RDP);
• Network notions (firewalls, switches and VPN);
• Knowledge of VMware ESXi, Veeam backup, Zabbix monitoring is an asset;

Profile

• CFC technician training, IT operator or equivalent;
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional practice in the field;
• Organized, service-oriented, good level of interpersonal communication;
• Good presentation, flexible, ready to travel for interventions;
• Residing in the surroundings (max 45 min) Switzerland or permit C, B;
