What you can achieve

• You take responsibility for your own client portfolio and conduct holistic advisory conversations regarding investing, retirement planning and financing
• You plan your day independently, actively arrange client appointments and shape your everyday life with high personal responsibility
• You contribute your ideas and achieve ambitious goals together with the team
• You expand your knowledge in a targeted manner, especially in the topics of investing, retirement planning and financing, and actively share your know-how in the team
• You optionally take over the deputy role for the branch management

What you bring with you

• Completed basic training (EFZ) in the commercial sector or in sales as well as further training in banking and/or in retirement planning
• Experience in investment and retirement advisory as well as enthusiasm for financial topics
• Open and empathetic appearance with a focus on building trust and customer centricity
• Strong skills in customer acquisition and in processing leads
• Collegial and helpful personality with joy in cooperation and in shared success.
• Very good German and English skills as well as additional language skills as a plus
