Personnel Planner 50-80% Your missions * You establish the personnel planning for approximately 180 collaborators occupying various functions, ensuring the balance between economic efficiency and the needs of the teams, and you bear responsibility, from annual planning to daily management. * You control the balances of working time, rest, days off and holidays in accordance with the law on working hours (LDT) and ensure their accurate entry into the system. * In collaboration with the team leaders, you organize the planning of holidays according to the current directives. * You coordinate the planning of internal initial and continuous training, then manage the corresponding assignments. * You organize special and additional trips, while coordinating vehicle requirements with the dispatch service. * You establish the monthly statement of allowances and bonuses for the payroll accounting. Your profile * You hold a complete commercial training (CFC) or a qualification deemed equivalent. * You benefit from a first successful experience in schedule management as well as in personnel planning, and possess the required technical knowledge. * Your way of working is distinguished by your autonomy, your rigor and your reliability. You convince through your empathy and your clear communication. * Even in demanding situations, you maintain an overview, know how to define priorities and work in a solution-oriented manner. * Being native French or German speaker, you master the other language well. * You have a marked ease with IT tools and master the usual MS Office software.
