To further develop our Lean culture in the Operations area, we are looking for a dedicated Lean Manager. In this key role, you will drive the continuous improvement of our assembly and logistics processes, increase efficiency and productivity, and create sustainable added value for our employees and our organization.

Your Tasks ##

• Further development of our Lean culture through coaching, training and support of managers and employees
• Implementation and further development of the Franke Production System (FPS) in production and logistics
• Identification and implementation of optimization potentials along the value chain
• Leadership and moderation of Lean and improvement workshops
• Execution of value stream analyses, MTM analyses, 5S audits and line balancing projects
• Analysis and reporting of KPIs as well as presentation of improvement measures and results

Your Profile ##

• Technical or business administration training with further education in the field of Lean Management
• Several years of experience in the optimization of production and logistics processes
• Sound knowledge of Lean methods, production systems and Continuous Improvement
• Experience in project management as well as in the training and development of employees
• Analytical, implementation-strong and communication-strong personality with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and good English skills
• Good MS Office and SAP skills
